As per our terms and conditions we can not offer refunds, for any reason, however you can transfer your place to another runner up to 21st June 2023 via here www.njuko.net/torbayhalf2023/select_competition. If you transfer after 12th June 2023 at midnight you are responsible for passing on your race pack to the new runner. No numbers will be issued on the day.

No, due to health and safety reasons this will not be allowed. Blind/partially sighted runners can run with a guide however we must be informed of this, via email.
As stated in our terms and conditions no in-ear headphones will be allowed- you must be able to hear throughout the event (passing runners, marshals directions etc). Bone conductor headphones can be used- at runners own risk.
Of course, we encourage it! We have dedicated charities who we support but runners may choose their own charity to run for. Please contact the charity of your choice to organise this directly.
Of course, however please ensure you wear appropriate running shoes and that your costume will ensure you can be hydrated appropriately and will not cause you, or others, to become unwell or injured. Please leave large props at home!
Sadly our course is not suitable for wheelchairs.
No- this is a competitive half marathon- all entrants will be expected to finish within 3 hours and 40 minutes. The first lap must be completed within two hours- entrants who miss this cut off will be removed from this event.
Victoria St Car Park: Garfield Rd, Paignton TQ4 6PE is the biggest car park near the start line. Pay to park- one charge prior to 8am and another charge after 8am.
Yes, limited baggage drop off available however due to covid we are requesting runners limit the amount they bring to the event. Basic changing facilities are available.
Yes, there will be portable toilets and urinals free to use on Paignton Green. Payable public toilets also available (30p in coins or use a contactless card).
You will receive your pack 3 weeks prior to the event. Entries close on 21st June 2023.
21st June 2023 23:59 or earlier should entries reach capacity prior to this date.

For the half marathon this is on the promenade next to the Pier. The 10k start line is on the other side of Vue Cinema.
For both events the finish line is the half marathon start line.
These will be available on the evening of the event on social media and on the event website.
This will be posted to you.
Anywhere along the route, however Paignton Green, Corbyn Head and Torquay seafront are great spots.
We have put into place:

Water bowsers and biodegradable cups used at water stations

All waste is recycled, zero to landfill

The route is walked to ensure no waste left behind, especially near the shoreline

Teams are encouraged to coach to the event

Participants and volunteers encouraged to car share/use public transport

No longer issue a goodie bag
